At Loll Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable outdoor furniture. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit for your space, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus original and return shipping costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer experience team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack it back into its original shipping box using the provided protective materials to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team and schedule a carrier pickup or drop the package off at an authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to confirm they are in like-new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
